HomeToday is structured as a 4-week consumer-focused educational seminar and follow-up individual counseling sessions.
Prior to the start of class participants obtain a written letter from one of our participating referral partners to demonstrate their commitment to completing the program. Then, participants attend the following classes:

Following the counseling sessions, participants with the necessary income may be approved for a loan to:
• refinance a current mortgage;
• purchase a new or existing home; or
• purchase and rehabilitate an existing home.
